Gatherings

Crafting experiences that bring people together and help them innovate, make decisions, and start DOING.

I advise on, design and, if desired, facilitate high-stakes gatherings that people want to attend, that get them engaged, and that keep them talking long after they’ve left…

Not all gatherings are created equal.  Some engage, inspire, and clarify, while others leave people confused, drained, and annoyed, not least because they feel that they have wasted their most precious resource: time.

The most successful gatherings do not depend on the personalities in the room or the venue, although those contribute to the overall experience. Instead, success depends on how the gathering is planned, designed, and facilitated to achieve the purpose of the gathering. If your gathering or meeting or event MATTERS, then it’s not enough to focus on logistics and pricing.

What? You don’t have a clear purpose? That’s where we’ll start.

I am a master gather and I have been crafting gatherings large and small around the world for close on 20 years.  If you want to create something special, a gathering that moves hearts and minds and heads, that builds community and consensus and perhaps even acts as a catalyst for change, then let me help.
